Q. What
is a D.U.I.?
A. "D.U.I." means "Driving
Under the Influence" of intoxicating liquor (or
drugs). A.R.S. Section 28-1381(A)(1). The D.U.I. charge
involves a law enforcement officer's subjective suspicion
the DUI suspect's ability to drive is impaired, based
upon, but not limited to, the following:
Driving
Symptoms of Impairment:
